as per parisa's backstory, she is a very beautiful woman who has been sexualized since she was a young girl, and could read others thoughts about her. because of this, she's very aware that she's sexually attractive, and that people instinctively want her. she plays into it to an extent, but largely parisa thinks of sex as a tool and a weapon for her to get what she wants. given that she is telepathic, she is pretty intuitive with what people like in the bedroom, and is happy to give it. she doesn't have very many thoughts about romance or having committed relationships, though i am very much open to the idea of having her in one.
all that said, she does enjoy sex, and canonly doesn't have a preference between men or woman or nonbinary/trans people. parisa will generally take a dominant/mentor role in the bedroom, though she's not incapable of being on the bottom — she's just likely doing it for a tactical advantage.
Can she read your character's mind?: Yes, but he will be able to tell, and if permission was not given first, he will react very poorly to it. What does your character's mind look like?: A well-appointed room, with giant windows that are kept open and allow the sun to come flooding in. It is surprisingly nice and not scandalous considering the flirty/prissy front he puts on; however, there is a rather forbidding door near the back of the room, hidden in shadow, that happens to be locked. Can she dreamwalk in your character's dreams?: Yes. When he dreams, he typically has nightmares — and most of these nightmares feature Cazador Szarr. (He will likely have to do a perception check to see if he realizes his dream is being observed, which, again, he may not like if not discussed beforehand.)
